We have some great news – Gray Institute is updating its membership levels and website!
On Monday, February 22, 2016, Gray Institute launched its redesigned website, complete with a new home page, dashboard, and blog. We’re also happy to announce an update to our Membership Levels, including new content and reduced prices for everyone!
Why Did We Update Gray Institute?
We made the decision to update our membership levels and website design in order to offer you a better experience across the board.
Our website is constantly updated to ensure that you have the best online experience we can provide. As part of our on-going campaign to give our members a better experience, we’ve redesigned the website significantly. You’ll find a simplified design, a more comprehensive dashboard, and an enhanced blog – all so that you can get more from the Gray Institute online experience!
Updated Membership Levels: Explained
We’ve studied our member-guided evolution for years, using our findings to design a new membership structure that offers the same high-quality educational content at significantly lower rates.

The cost of every membership level has DECREASED! That’s right – as a Gray Institute member, you will now receive exclusive videos, articles, podcasts, and more at a lower rate!
All GOLD Members Receive a FREE 30 DAY TRIAL!
As a special bonus, all former Gold members will have access to a Free 30 Day Trial as of February 22, 2016. If you were a former Gold member, your Free 30 Day Trial will begin the first time you sign into your account after February 22, 2016.
The Free 30 Day Trial is your opportunity to explore all that Gray Institute has to offer. For 30 days, experience the full benefits of our highest membership level: Preferred Plus. This includes Preferred Plus exclusive discounts and unrestricted access to all Gray Institute videos, articles, podcasts, and online tools. At the end of the trial, you can choose to become a Gray Institute Fan or upgrade to a premium account.

PLATINUM Members Automatically Upgrade to ESSENTIAL
As of February 22, 2016, former Platinum members have been automatically upgraded to our Essential membership level and will enjoy an annual savings of $90. In addition, former Platinum members will now have access to select resource channels and a rotating selection of content on a regular basis.
DIAMOND Members Automatically Upgrade to PREFERRED
As of February 22, 2016, former Diamond members have been automatically upgraded to our Preferred membership level and will enjoy an annual savings of $120. In addition, former Diamond members will now have unlimited access to Gray Institute’s Content Library. They will also qualify for exclusive Preferred member-only discounts.
CORPORATE Members Automatically Upgrade to PREFERRED PLUS
As of February 22, 2016, former Corporate members have been automatically upgraded to our Preferred Plus membership level and will enjoy an annual savings of $150. In addition, former Corporate members will qualify for exclusive Preferred Plus member-only discounts.
Website Design Updates
On the new Gray Institute homepage, we’ve made the navigation much simpler and straightforward. Now you can use the Explore tab to navigate to our Content Library, Courses & Events , Store, and Blog. Login easily to your account, just like usual. You’ll also see if you have any items in your cart at a glance. See the details of your shopping cart simply by hovering over the Cart button.
New Dashboard
Your dashboard has changed, too! We’ve made things easier for you to find so you can get to where you want to go.
Now you can find detailed information about Services, your Profile, Membership Levels, Exams (if you’ve taken any), your Payment information, and Order History.
Featured Videos
We’ve included Featured Videos on your new dashboard, too. These videos will be updated regularly, and will include information on a variety of topics (including What’s New at Gray Institute, Exercise videos, and more).
Services
Easily see which Services you have access to – from the Content Library, Remote Trainer, Online Courses, 3DMAPS, CAFS, and GIFT. If you have access, you’ll see a large, green check mark on the service icon along with a button that says either “Access” or “Launch.” If you don’t have access, simply click the “Learn More” link which will take you to the Services tab.
Once you click to the Services tab, you’ll find an explanation of each service. You’ll still see the large, green check mark on the services you have access to, along with an “Access” or “Launch” button. If you don’t have access, there will be no button.
My Profile
In your profile tab, you can update your account information and even add a profile picture.
Membership Level
The membership level tab shows the monthly plans that are available on Gray Institute. Our new plans will be called Essential, Preferred, and Preferred Plus. Great news – every single plan is now LESS! That’s right; at the launch of our new website, the amount you pay for your monthly plan will decrease.
Exams
This section allows you to see – at a glance – which exams you’ve taken.
Payment
Change your method of payment, add a new credit card, and edit billing or shipping addresses.
Order History
If you’ve completed an order on our website, you’ll find the details here. You’ll also be able to see if you’ve purchased 3DMAPS, CAFS, or GIFT DVD’s, etc.
Blog
We’re excited to introduce our new blog – complete with articles, videos, and podcasts! Here you’ll find all the latest news from Gray Institute, plus helpful content in a variety of forms.
In the coming months, we’ll publish up to three new pieces of content each week, including a series of podcasts recorded by Dr. Gary Gray.
