Putting AFS into Action: Rehabilitation

Led by Dr. Gary Gray, this session will guide you through AFS rehabilitation progressions, showing a variety of movements logically organized into 4 distinct rehabilitation phases. While focusing on the knee, this session provides practical strategies to rehabilitate common injuries across the body. Therapists will learn how to progress patients through different phases, from initial assessment to recovery, ensuring reliable movements for successful rehabilitation. It also includes practical tips on incorporating these movements into home exercise programs.
