Collaborate+ Terms & Conditions

WHAT IS COLLABORATE+?

Collaborate+ is the new GIFT Grad Program available to any FAFS (Fellow of Applied Functional Science®) and will launch its inaugural program during the GIFT 2026 year. The purpose of Collaborate+ is to provide FAFS with an advanced learning, mentorship, leadership, and innovation track that focuses on a collaborative experience. Collaborate+ deepens their understanding and impact of Applied Functional Science®, all while contributing to the greater Movement Industry by creating – and collaborating in – a NEW Gray Institute® Course for Movement Professionals.

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT PLANS

Collaborate+ is a $5,000 investment per participant. Because this is our inaugural (first) year, fees are reduced to encourage participation.

There are only two (2) payment options:

  1. In-Full: $4,275 (Save $750! Payment due by January 31, 2026); or
  2. 1-Year Monthly: $4,500 paid via a monthly installment of $375 (January through December 2026; Payments due on 15th of each respective month)

GIFT Giving GIFT (Referral Incentive Program) allows Collaborate+ to be discounted to $3,500. If you qualify for this benefit, the payment options are updated as follows:

  1. In-Full = $3,500 (Payment due by January 31, 2026); or
  2. 1-Year Monthly = $291.67 / Month (January through December 2026; Payments due on 15th of each respective month).

A 1.5% late fee penalty may be applied to all overdue accounts. Accounts overdue by 30 days or more are grounds for dismissal at Gray Institute’s discretion.

ELIGIBILITY

Graduated GIFT Fellows with NO Outstanding Balance (with respect to the GIFT Tuition). “Outstanding Balance” is defined as tuition still owed AFTER the agreed-upon tuition plan/timeframe has expired. If the Payment Plan from GIFT is still active and your balance is paid, then you are eligible, as the Payment Plans will coincide respectively.

CANCELLATION

Gray Institute® reserves the right to cancel its program offering if, before January 31, 2026, registration is inadequate to assure a quality learning experience for participants. In the event of cancellation, all fees will be returned to registrants.
